Each client will be greeted with fresh towels and a warm soft couch cover, changed after each and every use.No wasteful use of paper rolls. The towels are luxuriously soft and 100% cotton. 

I use only the best massage lotions. They are hypoallergenic, dermologically tested  and vegan friendly They provide just the right 'flow' for the correct feel and movement on the skin and tissues. My choice of lotions are NAQI and Songbird Wax. 

I use Purdy and Fig cleaning products. They are Natural & Non-Toxic Formula – Made with 100% natural, organic ingredients & essential oils, this household cleaner is phthalate-free, non-GMO & family-safe. 

Where possible I operate as paperless as I can. The booking system is seamless from start to finish. Client notes are also all kept on secure servers using the most professional healthcare system called JaneApp. Your information is safe and sound. Clients are sometimes given movement programs and advice on paper. 

Products are all chosen for being plastic free and cruelty free. From cleaning products to the use of 100% cotton towels and couch covers and the refreshments provided.  Some lotion is decanted into a small plastic bottle for safety purposes. 

I use local companies whenever possible to support my business. All signs have been produced by Abersign in Fishguard, a local cleaning company is used to clean the clinic and all products you see have been purchased in local shops where possible. I
